Servo-Actuated Wing Flap

Real F1 dropped DRS for 2026 and replaced it with movable wings in X-mode and Z-mode. Same idea: flatten the wing, lose downforce, gain straight-line speed.

I'll measure drag with the flap open and closed, and work out whether the trade would be worth it on a long straight.
